Daily journal template in Markdown
Ten quiet minutes with a page can shape a whole day. This journal template opens with a single focus question and three priorities, then leaves room to write freely, reflect on a good moment and a challenge, note three things you are grateful for and set up tomorrow.

When to use it
Fill in the focus and priorities in the morning and come back in the evening for the remaining sections. Nobody else needs to read it. A dated PDF for each day gives you an archive to look back on, and it stays readable in any app, years from now.
What is inside
- A dated heading with your name, a focus question and three priorities as tick boxes.
- A free-writing section, then reflection prompts for a good moment, a challenge and something learned.
- A numbered gratitude list of three items and one small action for tomorrow.
Tips for a better document
- Keep entries short enough that you will write again tomorrow. Two honest sentences under each heading are worth more than a skipped day.
- Name specific details, such as who said what and where you were. Export each entry at A5 if you plan to print and bind the pages.
