That includes questions about how the converter works, trouble with an account or a subscription, requests about your personal data under the privacy policy, reports of misuse, and ideas for features you would like to see. One message is enough, and there is no form to fill in. If your message is about an account, write from the email address you signed up with so that we can find it. Please do not send passwords or card details by email.

When to expect a reply

MDPress is a small independent project, not a staffed support desk, so replies are not instant. We read every message and aim to answer within a few working days. Billing problems and privacy requests are handled first. If you have heard nothing after a week, your message may have been caught by a spam filter, so please send it again. We cannot promise to build every suggestion, but suggestions do shape what gets worked on next, and we would rather hear an idea twice than not at all.

Reporting a bug

A good bug report saves a lot of back and forth. Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Include the browser and operating system you use, the document style and page format you chose, and the exact text of any error message. If the problem is in the PDF itself, the smallest piece of Markdown that still shows it is the most useful thing you can send, along with a screenshot or the PDF. Remove anything confidential first, because we do not need your real content to find the fault.
