Reusable checklist template in Markdown
Any process you repeat deserves a checklist, so nothing depends on memory. This template splits the work into three groups of tick boxes: before you start, main steps and a final check. A handover section and a note for next time round it off.

When to use it
Build one for tasks that come back: publishing a newsletter, onboarding a colleague, closing the month, packing equipment for a shoot. Whoever runs the process reads it, and that may not be you. Print it and tick the boxes by hand, or keep the PDF as a record that each step was done.
What is inside
- A header with fill-in fields for the process name, the owner and the date.
- Three groups of tick boxes: before you start, main steps and final check.
- A handover section naming the recipient and next action, plus notes for next time.
Tips for a better document
- Write each item as one action that is clearly done or not done. Split any item that contains the word and.
- After each run, record one improvement in the notes and update the list. The Clean style prints well in black and white, and the PDF carries no watermark.
